Coping with stress, anxiety and depression is always important, but with the isolation and uncertainty brought on by the pandemic, having mental health tools and resources is even more essential. Join counselors and public health experts from the YWCA for a new monthly group discussing mental health supports for you and your friends. We’ll have an afternoon and a night session each month.
