Caribbean Food Excursions with Chef and Teacher Roberto Pérez

Join us for a delicious learning journey with this dynamic host from Chicago's Urban Pilón. We will explore food origins and create amazing recipes with our guide, Roberto!
Everyone registered will receive an email with full color recipes attached as well as a plain text version for black and white printing. We will make extra color prints for pick up at the library!
We'll be making 2 dishes :
- Stuffed Plantain with Shrimp “Tostones Rellenos con Camarones” (makes 6-8)
- Trinidadian fruit salad called "Chow"
