Certified yoga instructor, Marti Lahood, will guide you through one of the gentlest forms of yoga, emphasizing breath awareness and relaxation. It's more important than ever to take care of yourself in a safe setting. 

No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class. Social distancing and face coverings are required. We will meet on the west side of the building. Chairs are provided.
