Looking for daily 10 mins rejuvenation!. Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique to experience the inner peace and balance. You will learn how to meditate, achieve balance, and mental silence. The techniques are easy to learn and practice. No physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required. Class participants will meditate while sitting on a chair.
