Perfect for people who are looking for a safe, thorough workout that offers breath awareness and relaxation. Certified Yoga instructor Marti Anne will guide you through a hour long practice where you’ll learn several ways to practice yoga while seated, or standing by a chair.. No prior yoga experience is necessary to participate in this class.
