The Light that Awakens Black America

Dr. Eddie Taylor, a licensed Clinical Psychologist, will discuss the empowering and awakening of African American Organization from the Civil War to the Civil Rights Era, including their continuing mission. Program will consist of empowering and awakening African American organizations from pre-Emancipation Proclamation (and the 13th Amendment) to the Civil Rights movement that were effective and instrumental in securing equal rights, civil rights, and human rights for the African American community. This program will focus on the need of those organizations to understand their own mission and objectives, as they relate to sustaining Black America, in order to re-awaken the members of each organization for the benefit of Black people and Black communities.
