Join local artist Brigit Goudie for an in-depth colored pencil tutorial! We will examine the technique of illustrator Raúl Colón in the picture book Light for All, a celebration of the hope the Statue of Liberty has represented for countless people. Participants will learn the basics of hatching and cross-hatching, as well as layering, to create highlights and shadows.
