Whether you have questions or concerns about your child’s development or want to know more about where they are developmentally, we invite you to register for a free screening with APPLE (Addison Partners for Play, Learning, and Education)! Children ages 2 months – 2 years are eligible to be screened by an early childhood professional. When you register, please sign up for a time slot and include both your child’s name and birthdate. If your child was born prematurely, please also provide how many weeks premature. If interested, participating families will also have the opportunity to receive a referral to early childhood services. Registration for a specific time slot is required; registration opens on Mon. Mar. 2.

¡Si tiene preguntas o preocupaciones sobre el desarrollo de su hijo/a y quiere saber más información sobre su nivel de desarrollo, los invitamos a registrar para una evaluación gratis con APPLE (Addison Partners for Play, Learning, and Education)! Niños edades 2 meses a 2 años son eligibles para ser evaluados por un profesional de la primera infancia. Cuando se registre, por favor elija unos de los horarios que estén disponibles e incluya el nombre y fecha de nacimiento de su hijo/a. Si su hijo/a nació prematuramente, por favor díganos cuantas semanas tenia de haber nacido prematuramente. Si están interesados, familias participantes tendrán oportunidad para recibir una referencia para los servicios de la primera infancia. Registro para horarios específicos es requerido; el registro se abrirá el lun., 2 de marzo.
