Slow down and reconnect with nature during this 90-minute, guided forest immersion at Salt Creek Park. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, this mindful walk invites participants to awaken their senses, reflect in stillness, and experience the restorative power of the autumn landscape. No experience necessary.
This program will be held off-site at Salt Creek Park Shelter 18W200 Elizabeth Dr, Wood Dale, IL 60191.
