Join Sherie Shapiro from Ageless Grace® for a session that activates all five functions of the brain and simultaneously addresses all 21 physical skills needed for lifelong optimal function. Music and laughter guaranteed!

These programs will be held outside on the library's west lawn. May sessions will be cancelled in the case of inclement weather, June sessions will move inside the library.
