Join Executive Chef Jessica Walks First Pamonicutt, owner of Ketapanen Kitchen, to learn about Native American cooking. She will prepare a healthy meal using fresh ingredients from the harvest. Chef Walks First, a member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, trained at Le Cordon Bleu School of Culinary Arts and is from Chicago. She is also known for her community work and appearances in the media. We are excited to host this cooking demonstration, where we will share culture through food.
